Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, often using TDD.

Collaboration:

Work with stakeholders, project managers, and other developers in cross-functional teams.

Troubleshooting:

Debug, fix issues, and optimize application performance.

SDLC Participation:

Engage in all phases of development, including code reviews and releases.
Core Skills & Technologies:

Languages:

Java, J2EE.

Frameworks:

Spring (Boot, MVC), Hibernate, JPA, JSF.

Databases:

Relational Databases, SQL, ORM.

APIs:

RESTful Services.

Methodologies:

Agile, Scrum, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Tools:

Debugging, Testing frameworks, Version Control (like Git).
