Responsibilities

Take ownership of challenging and mission-critical tasks that are varied and complex. Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle. Participate in architectural development activities. Create detailed design documentation and produce code quality matrix. Adapt tools, techniques, and processes for continuous improvement. Mentor team members and collaborate effectively across teams. Provide accurate task analysis, estimation, and reporting. Envision new system features and functionalities. Manage documentation effectively (Confluence, JIRA, etc.). Demonstrate specialized skills to deliver high-quality output. Take over lead responsibilities in the absence of the lead. Consult with Tech Leads when required for focused/broad assignments.
Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes. Proven ability to handle complex tasks independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring abilities.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
