Job Description

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.

Proven expertise in

Java Spring Boot

,

REST APIs

, and

PostgreSQL

.

Strong understanding of

microservices architecture

, scalability, and system design principles.

Demonstrated experience in building and scaling

high-traffic, production-grade systems

.

Strong leadership experience: managing teams, mentoring juniors, and leading projects end-to-end.

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: clean code, testing, CI/CD, version control (Git), etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take full ownership of tasks.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to align engineering efforts with business goals.

Experience with cloud platforms - AWS

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
