We are looking for a talented

Biometric Software Engineer

with strong experience in

Java

and

C/C++

programming to join our growing biometric team. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing biometric software solutions, collaborating closely with hardware teams, data scientists, and cloud engineers to build secure, high-performance identity verification systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with biometric software modules using Java and C/C++ for fingerprint, facial, and voice recognition technologies. Integrate biometric sensors and hardware devices with software applications. Implement and optimize core biometric algorithms such as feature extraction, matching, and liveness detection. Build cross-platform biometric authentication solutions aligned with client requirements. Ensure biometric data security through encryption and privacy-compliant software design. Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning for real-time processing. Collaborate with

cloud and AI teams

to incorporate biometric solutions into smart autonomous systems. Document software design and development processes. Stay current with biometric tech trends and suggest innovations to enhance JB Solutions' biometric offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Strong hands-on experience in

Java

and

C++

development. Good understanding of image processing, signal processing, and pattern recognition. Experience with embedded systems and device driver programming is a plus. Solid knowledge of encryption, data privacy, and security best practices. Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI/ML models for biometric systems. Experience integrating biometric SDKs and APIs. Awareness of data protection regulations such as GDPR.
