Roles and Responsibility

Good communication skills. Architecture design, coding, unit testing, and implementation of Web applications
and mobile based projects.

Designing and implementing new procedures and guidelines to enhance
productivity and quality.

Identify application upgrade paths, opportunities for improving design,
performance and code of existing applications.

Mentor team of developers. Develop an understanding of the latest technology in Web and Mobile based
Applications.

Technical Skills Required

? B.E / B. Tech preferred in Computer Science or relevant experience.

? Strong technical skills in design patterns, build tools, GIT, SQL and Linux.

? Good understanding of SQL queries, data structure and developing RESTful APIs

? Thorough understanding of OOP concepts and MUST have implemented those

concepts in programs.

? Strong debugging/diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills.

? Ability to work independently and with a team.

? Can learn and implement new technologies quickly and effectively.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Experience with entire software development lifecycle including requirements,

specification, documentation, testing, release, and maintenance.

? Knowledge and prior work experience on data modelling, security, performance,

and scalability.

? Experience in resource scheduling, task decomposition, and risk management in

an Agile environment.

Nice to have:

? Knowledge on working with Message Brokers like Kafka.

? Experience in Low-level and High-Level System Design.

? Implementation of Micro services architecture.
