Role Overview
The
Lead - Talent Acquisition
will drive end-to-end recruitment for both technology and non-technology roles across the organization. This role requires strong hiring expertise, leadership qualities, stakeholder management, and the ability to build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will streamline recruitment strategies, enhance process efficiency, and ensure quality closures aligned with business objectives.
Manage full-cycle hiring for IT and non-IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
Develop recruitment strategies for niche technical roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, IT Support, Tech Leads, etc.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for present and future manpower needs.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels for effective sourcing.
2. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters.
Allocate hiring mandates and track performance to ensure timely closures.
Conduct regular trainings to strengthen sourcing and interview skills.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring requirements.
Manage external recruitment agencies and vendor relationships effectively.
Ensure smooth alignment of hiring timelines, expectations, and manpower planning.
4. Strategy & Process Improvement
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to enhance hiring speed and quality.
Drive improvements using ATS systems and modern HR tools.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment analytics for leadership review.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to internal hiring processes and guidelines.
Oversee background checks, documentation, and seamless onboarding.
Maintain compliance with organizational standards throughout the recruitment cycle.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to IT and Education/EdTech hiring.
Proven success in closing technical positions in fast-paced or product-based environments.
Strong understanding of IT skills, market trends, and talent availability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
Ability to manage multiple roles under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per year
