Summary Responsible for Overall IT process management of Engineering DevOps. Should be able to build a strong relationship with the relevant Business partners, Business stakeholdes and development team, together with IT. Individual will work also with business users, Business partners and application development teams to ensure that high quality solutions are delivered right and fast, for various simulation platforms like Rescale and all simulation software maintained in CEAL. Job Responsibilities Support business acitivites:He/She should supports the process optimization and development of efficient simulation jobs running in Rescale and related tools. Supports Business leaders in evaluating the tools / products available in the market for simulation and post processing. Supports Business leaders to define requirements and assist with Process Improvement in the area of license management, simulation jobs submission, monitoring, Pre / Post processing and reporting . Will have to work with global project teams to deliver effective methodologies from Business Case to Post mortem review / lesson Learnt of all simulation job platforms You will plan and organize project/ program activities, interface with internal and external partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. Will have to manage change to deliver effective project management and tracking working closely with development team. Demonstrate solid understanding of critical business requirements, recommending process improvement and IT solutions that provide competitive advantage. Assure IT solutions deployed in the business remain compliant and are continuously improved to drive better business results. Drive MOS with Simulation CoE teams to support their deliverables. Continuous process improvement projects: Should be able to identify business problems and recommend right solutions. Should be able to get the solutions implemented working with internal team and vendors on time and with good quality. Monitor Program Process: Should be able to manage the projects and also report the status to leadership. Track the progress closely and raise concerns on time to leadership to get necessary support to remove the roadblocks Others: If applicable, assigned ITOM role is an integral part of job description. Education/Qualification Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology / Computer science / Mechanical stream or Master of Computer applications. Experience 10+ years as a Technical development experise Engineering domain knowledge (prefered) Experience in Agile Project delivery Experience in High performance computing Knowledge on Cloud compute, storage areas are added advantage Key Skills And Knowledge Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Strong business Accumen - Strong simulation process knowledge and Rescale platform knowledge.
