Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT services including mobile apps, websites, digital marketing, and bulk SMS solutions.
Communicate effectively with domestic and international clients via calls, emails, and online meetings.
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as per client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
Track sales activities and update CRM regularly.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new IT offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in IT sales or business development.
Strong experience in selling
mobile application development, website development, digital marketing services, and bulk SMS solutions
.
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal and written).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
