Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT hiring/recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing and hiring IT professionals (developers, testers, designers, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements.
Proven track record in successful closures of IT positions.
