Requirement: Sr. IT Recruiter, Avigna, Pune
Job Location: Pune, Baner. Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Experience: 7+ years
Education: Any Graduate
Responsibilities
Source potential candidates on various recruiting platforms, like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities and match them with the Job requirement scope sheets
Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Coordinate with Candidates from screening to joining
Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
Requirements
Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, walk-in)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with resume databases like Naukri and Monster
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to have experience with Zoho Recruit for managing end-to-end recruitment cycles
Any graduate.
