e are looking for a dynamic

IT Recruiter

to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technical candidates across various IT roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver talent in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and employee referrals Screen resumes and evaluate candidates' technical qualifications and fit Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding Build a strong talent pipeline for future needs (bench and active hiring) Maintain candidate records and reports using ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS) Coordinate with clients and hiring managers on feedback and next steps Provide a great candidate experience during the entire hiring process

Required Skills:

1-5 years of experience in

technical/IT recruitment

Strong understanding of various

IT technologies and roles

(e.g., Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.) Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Familiarity with sourcing techniques, job boards, Boolean search Experience using ATS and CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good to Have:

Experience hiring for

product-based companies or startups

Knowledge of

contract staffing or permanent hiring

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (any field); MBA in HR is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
