Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference verification, and offer letters.
Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to management.
