Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, and providing technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, network devices, and software. Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues (on-site and remote). Maintain LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repairs and upgrades. Manage data backups and ensure system security, antivirus updates, and firewall maintenance. Support CCTV, biometric, and access control systems. Liaise with vendors for IT equipment and services procurement. Assist in implementation of new technologies and IT policies.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking. Familiar with computer hardware, troubleshooting, and installation. Good understanding of IT security and data privacy practices. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in an IT support/executive role. Certifications like CCNA, MCP, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
