Position: IT Executive

Work Location: Bhosari

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

Salary Range: No bar for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

1. Hardware & Asset Management

Maintain and update IT assets data, hardware inventory, and license records

Laptop, desktop, printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Provide end-user hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Printer & desktop hardware support and maintenance

2. Software & Server Management

Server configuration, monitoring, and maintenance

Firewall configuration and security policy implementation

Mailing services setup and management (Outlook, email policies, spam control)

Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

System domain configuration and user access management

3. Network & Infrastructure

Network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (LAN, WLAN, DHCP)

CCTV system installation, configuration, and monitoring

Ensure network uptime, performance, and security

Technical support for network-related issues

4. Data Management & Security

Auto backup configuration and monitoring

Backup policy definition and implementation

Data security, file access control, and user access limitation

Manage user data, permissions, and domain policies

5. Renewals & Subscriptions

Manage all IT-related renewals and subscriptions (software, licenses, services)

Ensure timely renewal to avoid service disruption

6. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Selection and procurement of IT hardware and accessories

Coordinate with vendors for IT services, AMC, and support

Ensure cost-effective and technically suitable procurement

7. User Support & IT Services

Desktop and laptop support for end users

Outlook configuration and troubleshooting

Technical support for daily IT issues

Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and system administration

Hands-on experience with LAN, WLAN, DHCP, CCTV, and firewalls

Good understanding of Windows OS, domain environment, and user access control

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple IT tasks independently

Good communication and coordination skills
