Job Description

You will report directly to our Sr. IT Manager, and you'll work out in any one of our locations at Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Madurai on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and API technologies. Utilize SQL/PL SQL for data manipulation and reporting purposes. Create and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formula. Implement VBCS for building user-friendly applications and interfaces.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 5+ years of experience in IT engineering with a focus on Oracle Integrations. At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development, including REST and SOAP APIs, orchestration, mapping, adapters, connectors and API-driven design, messaging patterns, and application development best practices At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) development, including SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, and security. Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, such as Object Storage, Functions, Events, and Notifications Experience in creating and managing Oracle HCM Fast Formula and VBCS applications. Experience in Oracle Cloud Loaders (HSDL, HDL, ADFDi), Oracle Reports (BIP/OTBI)
