Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
IT Business Growth Specialist
with proven experience in international IT sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of software development services, a strategic sales mindset, and hands-on expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, research, and connect with potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, Clutch, GoodFirms, and AppFutura.
Execute outbound campaigns using email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions aligned with their business goals.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client expectations.
Manage the entire client journey -- from initial outreach to successful project closure.
Foster long-term business relationships with clients across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.
Growth & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records for all client communications.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance lead conversion, client retention, and overall business growth.
Requirements
2-5 years of proven experience in
international IT sales, business development, or client acquisition
.
Strong understanding of
web, mobile, and software development processes
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Hands-on experience with
B2B markets
(US, UK, Europe, Australia).
Proficiency in
CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales analytics systems
.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
