Position Overview
We are looking for a
results-driven IT Business Development Manager
with a minimum of
3+ years of experience
in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in lead generation and end-to-end sales conversion for international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Team Support
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr,
Clutch, GoodFirms, AppFutura, Email Campaigns, Cold Emailing,
Cold Calling, WhatsApp Outreach, and Social Media Networking.
Train and mentor the team in effective lead generation strategies.
Evaluate and optimize lead sources to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
Sales & Business Development
Analyze client requirements and create tailored project scopes and proposals.
Communicate effectively with technical teams to align client needs with solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from prospecting to deal closure.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).
Handle client communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and final agreements.
Requirements
Minimum
3+ years of proven experience
in IT services business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of software and web development technologies.
Proficiency in proposal writing and client presentations.
Leadership abilities to manage and guide the lead generation team.
Prior experience working with
international B2B markets
.
Experience with
CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
is an advantage.
