If you are also passionate about achieving these goals, we would like you to consider joining our team.We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP FICO Analyst with hands-on experience in financial accounting and controlling. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of SAP FI module including its configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. This role requires a blend of analyzing business requirements, configuring and implementing SAP FI solutions, providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operation and effective communication skills to support our financial systems and processes.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• SAP FI Module Management: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of standard SAP FI solutions to business needs.
• Financial Accounting: Collaborate with experienced colleagues to support General Ledger, Company Code Creation, Controlling, India Tax Accounting, market specific electronic invoicing.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Integration: Work closely with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
• Operation Support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FI-related issues. Manage SAP background job schedule modifications and additions and work with the IT Batch Management Team and Automatic scheduler.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and process flows for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize financial operations. Provide support for new capability development, support of existing services, incident resolution within agreed SLAs, support service recovery, and provide rotational on-call coverage.
• Business Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to business units within Air Products, understanding their unique financial requirements and offering standard SAP FI solutions to meet those needs.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial operations and processes comply with Air Products' internal policies and local and international financial regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between SAP initiatives and business objectives. Foster and maintain strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
• Change Management: Collaborate closely with the Change and Release Management team to ensure seamless representation and coordination of requirements throughout the change and release process.
• Testing Strategy: Work with the business to develop testing strategies to ensure functionality is tested before production release.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree, Business, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI module.
• Experience in any of these areas is a plus but not required: Asset Accounting & Project Systems
• Experience performing configuration and support for S/4HANA.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SAP FI processes, configurations, and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
