Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment:

Partner with Engineering leadership to define IT strategy and roadmaps that align with business goals and technological advancements.

Business Analysis & Requirements:

Translate complex engineering requirements into technical designs and specifications for IT solutions.

Project Management

Oversee the delivery of IT projects and initiatives within the Engineering department, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster strong relationships and effective communication with engineering leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and resolve issues.

Innovation & Technology Adoption:

Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve Engineering's efficiency, productivity, and innovation capabilities.

Data & Analytics:

Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and strategic decision-making within Engineering.

Change Management:

Guide and support the Engineering team through organizational changes and the implementation of new IT systems and processes.

Vendor Management:

May be involved in selecting and managing external vendors and partners to deliver specific IT services.



Experience working in PLM deployment (e.g., SAP PLM, Windchill , Teamcenter ) to support business needs, including product data management, BOM management, and engineering change processes. Knowledge of Engineering DevSecOps process (CI-CD process), experience working with any 1 major DevSecOps tools Knowledge of Cloud deployments and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) Knowledge of Engineering New Product Introduction Process.

YOU MUST HAVE


5+ years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
