Perform routine and complex investigations for a numerous customers, to include Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all SBG\'s. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be responsible for preparing training materials based upon identified gaps and act as a subject matter expert and assist in training HR Generalist and other Honeywell employees assigned business conduct investigations.

- Provide briefings
- Identify the need for corrective actions
- Experience in investigations and compliance
- Some experience in corporate security, law enforcement or intelligence agency
- Ability to talk to people
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritize work
- Proven judgment, decision making and problem solving
- Timely decisions in the face of complexity
- Identifies subtle interrelationships and patterns
- Ability to deliver in complex situations
Bachelor\'s Degree or in lieu of a degree, working experience in Corporate Investigations or Law Enforcement
English proficiency, both spoken and written.
