Roles and Responsibility


Operational Responsibilities:


Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner
Observe correct stock receiving & sending protocols
Complete all necessary stock reports
Maintain Stock Room and the allocation of space for stock
To check the delivery of the consignment with the respective Designers, co-relating with the consignment note no and counter checking with the respective designers
Printing and checking reports for accounts, printing labels for promos and sale, helping with stock checks and queries
To check the delivery of the consignment with the respective Designers, co-relating with the consignment note no and counter checking with the respective designers
Records or documents changes in inventory, mark-ups or markdowns of merchandise according to established procedures
To take print out of the POD for the parcels send through Courier Safety /security measures should be adhered to in the stock room
Check contract margin and check challan accuracy
Check all documentation related to challan
Ensure accurate data entry of all stock as per ERP guidelines
Creating eWay bill as per GST rules
With Merchandiser: Gathers required merchandise or materials and prepares for delivery or pick-up transfer of stock to Delhi & Hyderabad and other Designers with the approval of the Head Merchandiser


With Store Manager:


Assisting the Manager Stock, client orders and Logistics and co-ordination with the Store Manager on the shop floor as and when the same is required.
Helping with stock checks and queries. Making sure that client orders reach respective stores in time.
