Job Title: International Customer Service Representative
Work Schedule:
- 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- 2 rotational off days (will be informed in advance)
- Night shift ( timings will be shared during the interview process)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and will be comfortable working in a voice process role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a night shift
- Comfortable with voice process
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Note:
- Candidates must be flexible to work in a night shift

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
