About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative

Senior Interior Designer

to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design vision, excellent client communication skills, and proven experience managing complex interior projects. This role involves creative leadership, project management, and mentoring junior designers to deliver exceptional design solutions aligned with our firm's brand and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

conceptualization, design development, and execution

of interior design projects. Develop

design concepts, space plans, color palettes, furniture layouts, and presentation materials

. Oversee the preparation of

AutoCAD/SketchUp drawings

, 3D renderings, and material boards. Manage

client relationships

-- from initial briefing to final project delivery. Coordinate with

contractors, and vendors

to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project. Review and approve

design documentation, specifications, and FF&E schedules

. Conduct

site visits

, oversee installations, and resolve design or construction issues. Manage

project timelines, budgets, and resources

effectively. Stay current with

design trends, materials, and technology

to ensure innovative solutions. Mentor and supervise

junior designers

, providing guidance and quality control.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Interior Design

,

Architecture

, or a related field.

2-5+ years

of professional interior design experience (preferably in a design firm setting). Proven experience leading design projects independently from concept to completion. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

,

Adobe Creative Suite

, and

MS Office

. Working knowledge of

3ds Max

, or

Lumion

is an asset. Excellent understanding of

materials, finishes, furniture design, and detailing

. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
