Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior design projects from concept development through construction and installation. Manage and mentor junior designers and design assistants. Create conceptual designs, mood boards, space plans, elevations, and presentation materials. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized. Manage client communications, presentations, and approvals. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Conduct site visits, review construction progress, and coordinate design changes as needed. Maintain awareness of trends, technologies, and sustainability practices in interior design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Strong knowledge of interior architecture, building codes, and construction detailing. Excellent project management and client relationship skills. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
