We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Senior Interior Designer with 5-6 years of experience in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and construction elements.

Design Development:

Create and develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals. Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation drawings. Ensure design solutions comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to integrate design with construction plans. Participate in site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material selection and procurement.

Documentation & Detailing:

Produce detailed construction drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and joinery details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical submittals.

Client Engagement:

Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively. Guide clients through the design process and advise on trends, materials, and spatial solutions.

Project Management:

Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for interior design aspects. Oversee site execution and quality control in coordination with the construction team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

5-6 years of professional experience in interior design within the construction or real estate sector.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite,
