. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Designers to bring high-end Residential/Commercial projects to life. This is a hands-on opportunity where you will be involved in every stage of the design process, from initial mood boards to final site installations.
Key Responsibilities
Design Support:
Assist in developing floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using [Auto CAD/ Sketch Up/ Lumion/ Enscape].
Sourcing & Procurement:
Research and source furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), textiles, and finishes. Maintain and organize our sample library.
Presentation Prep:
Create compelling digital mood boards and physical material trays for client presentations.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Site Visits:
Attend site surveys and client meetings to take accurate measurements and detailed project notes.
Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of construction sets and specification sheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in
AutoCAD
and
SketchUp
are a must. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Photoshop is a major plus.
Visual Flair:
A strong eye for color, scale, and texture, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking.
Organization:
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills for collaborating with team members and vendors.
