About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Interior Designer - Sales

professional who can lead design consultations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, presentation skills, and proven experience in converting leads into successful interior projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Client Consultation



Meet clients, understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences. Prepare functional layouts, mood boards, material selections, and conceptual designs. Present design proposals clearly and confidently to clients.

Sales & Conversion



Handle incoming leads and convert them into confirmed interior projects. Explain pricing, design scope, modular solutions, and company offerings. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure referrals and repeat business.

Project Coordination



Collaborate with internal design, technical, and execution teams. Make site visits when required to understand space and measurement details. Ensure smooth handover of finalized designs to the production/execution team.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client updates. Prepare BOQs, design proposals, and estimation sheets. Update CRM with client status and progress.

Required Skills & Experience



Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture

, or related field.

1-4 years

of relevant experience in interior design & sales (modular/home interiors preferred). Strong understanding of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and full-home interior solutions. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D tools, or similar. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to independently manage clients from consultation to closure.
