Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing interior projects from concept through completion. You will lead design teams, collaborate with consultants, and ensure high-quality execution in line with DRAW's design philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead interior design projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and DRAW's standards.

? Develop creative and functional design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.

? Prepare mood boards, presentations, detailed drawings, material specifications, and FF&E selections.

? Collaborate with the architectural team, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure cohesive design outcomes.

? Oversee and manage design teams, mentor junior designers, and coordinate workload distribution.
? Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.

? Source materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories while maintaining project budgets.

? Manage client relationships effectively, presenting design proposals and addressing feedback.

? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and innovative technologies in interior design.

? Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

Requirements

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field from a recognized institution.

? Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in interior design.

? Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality interior projects.

? Proven experience managing large-scale interior design projects independently.

? Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools like Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape.

? In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture design, and detailing.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

? Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and managing design teams.

? Knowledge of sustainability practices and green design principles is an advantage.
