Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing interior projects from concept through completion. You will lead design teams, collaborate with consultants, and ensure high-quality execution in line with DRAW's design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and DRAW's standards.
Develop creative and functional design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
Prepare mood boards, presentations, detailed drawings, material specifications, and FF&E selections.
Collaborate with the architectural team, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure cohesive design outcomes.
Oversee and manage design teams, mentor junior designers, and coordinate workload distribution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
Source materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories while maintaining project budgets.
Manage client relationships effectively, presenting design proposals and addressing feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and innovative technologies in interior design.
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in interior design.
Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality interior projects.
