About the Role We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with expertise in modular kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, and office furniture. The right candidate will have strong design sensibilities, excellent client interaction skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing furniture brand and contribute to creating smart, stylish, and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

Develop functional, aesthetic, and innovative design concepts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, and office furniture layouts.
Client Interaction

Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets. Translate client needs into professional design proposals and presentations.
Space Planning

Create optimized layouts considering ergonomics, material usage, utility, and aesthetic appeal.
3D Visualization & Technical Drawings

Prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentation boards using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
Material & Product Selection

Recommend suitable materials, finishes, fittings, and accessories for residential and office projects.
Project Coordination

Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of design plans.
Quality & Cost Control

Monitor quality standards, site progress, and adherence to project budgets and timelines.
Custom Furniture Design

Develop custom furniture designs aligned with client needs and Urban Vistas product standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 4-9 years' proven experience in modular furniture design (kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, office furniture) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and modular furniture manufacturing processes. Excellent visualization, space planning, and detailing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor coordination.

Preferred Skills

Experience with modular furniture brands, studios, or factories. Knowledge of production techniques, site execution, and installation processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
