Role Description

This is a full-time Job for an Interior Designer at E3 Furniture Pvt. Ltd. located in South Delhi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and coordinating living and working spaces for clients. They will also be responsible for researching and staying up-to-date on industry trends and materials, as well as working with vendors and contractors to select and source furniture, decor, and construction materials. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, as the Interior Designer will be regularly interfacing with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Experience in Residential & Commercial projects. Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Experience of Designing Modular Kitchen, Workstation & Office Furniture. Experience of Planning office space & layouts. Would be required to interact with clients & get all necessary approvals. Would be required to do project costing & quotation preparation. Highly motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Source and select furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, and other elements that align with the design concept and meet the client's budget and specifications Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and budgets. Modular Furniture Design (Material knowledge and Drawing Preparation). Production Drawing Prepare Shop Drawings, Rendering , Corporate office drawings including MEP part Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project Research capability for materials Research capability of market rates Handling all of Vendors and Clients Handling MEP, HAVC, Electirical, fire fighting, furniture, ducting, etc....

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design / architecture or a related field Strong communication skills Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Project Management. Understand Client's requirement Design as per client expectation and satisfaction

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
