We are seeking a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented

Senior Interior Designer

to lead interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design development, client coordination, team management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Design & Concept Development

Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and material selections Create design presentations, 2D drawings, and review 3D visualizations Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project standards
Project Management

Lead interior design projects from initial concept through final execution Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of work Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve design-related issues
Client Coordination

Meet with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and budget constraints Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback effectively Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Team Leadership

Guide and mentor junior interior designers and drafting staff Review drawings, specifications, and documentation prepared by the team Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of design deliverables
Material & Vendor Coordination

Select furniture, finishes, lighting, accessories, and materials Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for samples, pricing, and specifications Assist in procurement and ensure materials meet design intent and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field 2 - 6 years of professional experience in interior design Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction detailing Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
Preferred Attributes

Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or corporate interior projects Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
