Tools Lead - (C4) As an APM specialist you will be responsible to develop enterprise level Application Monitoring solutions based on the business goals, needs and environment. You will work closely with Product Management, Development, and other engi neering teams to develop cutting edge monitoring enhancements across various aspects of Application Performance Management tools. You will work closely in developing APM models for practice level and client level requirements. # APM consultant with experience in implement, design and customize tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, etc. (both on-premises and SaaS). # Ability to take an active role and drive outcomes in technology planning and investment decisions in Service Management and NextGen automation, AIOps and Analytics. # Expertise in design, implementation, and ongoing support for multiple, highly complex IT Infrastructure environments (on-premises and cloud) with a mix of APM monitoring, service management and automati on tools. # Have worked with Java, .Net, Node.js or php development projects before. # Prior experience in Performance testing, load testing aspects of App Development. # Have worked on Java heap dump, JVM crashes and thread dump analysis. # Exposure to Configuration Management using Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc. # Have worked on CI CD pipelines like Jenkins. # Uses technical acumen to provide alternatives, ask probing questions and support the team in technical issue resolution # Tools capability and knowledge: Proficiency in one or more of the following toolsets and readiness to learn others quickly o AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, etc. o Good To have Log Monitoring Observability tools like Splunk, ELK etc o Scripting Knowledg e (any two): Python, Selenium, Power Shell, PERL # Implementation 1. Implementation, Configuration of monitoring Solution based on AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog. 2. Troubleshooting and administration of all above products on UNIX, Window s based hosts. 3. Owning all technical aspects of AppDynamics and Dynatrace including setup, upgrade management, and vulnerability remediation. 4. Implementation and configuration of various collaboration modules confluence, Jira .
