JOB SUMMARY Infrastructure Engineer is one who has skills with monitoring Services & alerts, takes appropriate action based on alerts. Understands the process of start and stop of Services based on SOPs. Carries server health checkups. Works on Usera ccount management tasks. Provides access to file share as per requests. Manages Antivirus regular updates on Servers. Installs patches onto Servers & workstations on monthly basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Should understand backup and its related compo nents and worked on any one or more backup tools # Should have worked on monitoring and reporting tools and related process. # Participate in restore, patching activities, Backup Reporting etc. # Should understand and follow Standard Operating Proce dures and Knowledge base articles # Scripting Knowledge Automation skills will be a value add. # Strong verbal and written communications skills are desirable. # Flexibility work in shifts for 24x7 support SPECIALIZATION Mindtree is a trusted expe rt in the IoT domain with over a decade of experience partnering with clients across multiple geographies and product segments.
