Job Description

Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning Provide Level-2 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Work within established configuration and change managemen t policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company#s security team Liaise with vendors and other IT personne l for problem resolution CCNP or higher (CCIE and or CISSP highly valued) Provide L1, L2 and L3 network support. Participate in network engineering initiatives, implementation projects and operations across the core global network infrastructure. Sho uld be able to manage day-to-day network operations including end user tickets, in coordination with various IT teams. Internal and external stakeholder (customer vendor partners) management Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge on Routing and Switching technologies, Firewalls, Advanced Threat Prevention technologies, NAC solutions like Cisco ISE, SDN and Wireless technologies. Exposure on different network hardware platforms Excellent team player with problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in committed timelines. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
