Job Description

A Sr. Incharge Security (Senior Security Supervisor/Officer) leads a security team, overseeing daily operations, incident response, and patrolling to protect people, assets, and property by supervising personnel, managing surveillance, enforcing policies, handling emergencies, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and company standards. They focus on developing a strong security culture, implementing SOPs, managing communication systems, and reporting to higher management.
Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, coach, and schedule security officers, ensuring professional appearance and performance.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily security activities, including patrols, access control (vehicles/personnel/materials), locking/unlocking, and managing communication systems (radios, alarms).
• Incident Response: Lead the team during incidents, respond to alarms (fire, intrusion), de-escalate disturbances, and coordinate with emergency services.
• Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and perimeter security to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports on incidents, hazards, and violations; ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and training procedures.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security risks, developing and implementing security strategies and SOPs.
