The Role:




The Sr. Implementation Manager oversees all aspects of the client implementation process from initiation to delivery by working collaboratively with internal and external customers to drive projects to completion within their timeline and scope. By partnering with clients to manage training, drive adoption, and build long-lasting partnerships, you will help drive client retention, knowledge of the Meazure Learning product, and satisfaction with Meazure Learning. This role is a balance of independent work where you'll own and develop multiple new accounts at a time while also partnering with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to help your clients join and grow with Meazure Learning. In this role, you will need to understand the grand scheme of how things work, for example, what an API is and how it would work as a part of the product implementation. We are looking for someone who is passionate about continuously striving to provide superior solutions to their customers.

The Responsibilities:



Developing project specifications based on scope of work. Setting clear project expectations and meeting deadlines and deliverables through the creation and maintenance of shared implementation project calendars. Providing regular project updates to stakeholders via clear project plans, timelines, and agendas. Identify gaps in functionality and work with Product Development and Engineering to enhance our products. Participate in enhancement creation, release and change management activities. Monitoring commitments, deliverables, and ensures all escalated issues are resolved. Developing a clear communications strategy and training plans. Conducting onsite presentations, webinars and conference calls during the implementation phase to orientate a new client, collaborate with contacts and train client contacts on the systems and processes. Working closely with internal departments to ensure client-specific requirements are met. Identifying project risks and escalating issues to management as appropriate. Reviewing system prior to launch and communicate remaining pre-launch tasks and any identified weaknesses in system setup to client. Communicating with client post-launch to verify that implementation training and support needs. have been addressed and that client is satisfied with system functionality and utilization. Ensuring a smooth hand-off to the Account Manager following completion of implementation. Communicating with Account Manager any noted relationship issues or requests to change system configuration as specified in contract. Learning new releases and functionality in preparation for the next implementation.

The Desired Attributes:



You have a Bachelor's degree with a major in business or technology preferred, or equivalent work experience. You have 3 years of experience in project management and technology deployment processes, preferably in a client-facing role. You have the proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with keen prioritization and multi-tasking abilities. You have the ability to coordinate, plan, document and manage an implementation project You have knowledge of the Meazure product line. You demonstrate empathy for customers and users with ability to scratch below the surface and to understand, evaluate and prioritize their needs. You have a customer-first mentality; ability to understand and build customer relationships. You love working with customers to come up with ways to improve solutions to make their life better. You can articulate the business value and impact of why this improvement or enhancement is justified. You showcase strong communication skills and an appreciation for the importance of documentation. You communicate in a professional and personable manner. You're not afraid to work with product managers, engineers and executives. You demonstrate an ability to motivate action and lead in a cross functional environment. You love being the coordinator, go between and referee when needed. You have a passion for improvement without sacrificing quality. You are always looking for ways to make things better, faster and more streamlined - both for customers and internally.
