Must be open to travel for onsite project needs

Key Responsibilities:

? Participate in deployment, configuration, and integration of BSS/OSS products.

? Perform basic server administration tasks on Linux-based systems.

? Work closely with development and project teams to support implementation efforts.

? Handle client-side technical issues and provide resolution support.

? Execute MySQL queries and assist with basic data troubleshooting and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

? 1-3 years of experience in implementation or support of IT systems/products.

? Good understanding of BSS/OSS products (telecom domain preferred).

? Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux server environment and commands.

? Proficiency in MySQL, especially in writing and optimizing SELECT queries.

? Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Note:

Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, and should be comfortable with occasional travel for onsite assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
