Key Responsibilities

Prepare

HVAC system design concepts

including load calculations, equipment selection, and system schematics Perform

cooling and heating load calculations

using software such as HAP, Trace, or equivalent Design

air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems

(Chilled Water, DX, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, etc.) Prepare

detailed HVAC layouts

, duct sizing, piping layouts, and equipment schedules Ensure compliance with

ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, local authority codes

, and project specifications Coordinate HVAC design with

architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting disciplines

Review and respond to

technical queries, RFIs, and design clarifications

Prepare

BOQs, material take-offs, and technical submittals

Participate in

value engineering and design optimization

Support

authority approvals

and client presentations Review shop drawings and assist during

construction and commissioning stages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
