We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR & Admin to lead our HR and administrative functions. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring efficient office operations that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (End-to-End):
Drive recruitment strategy and oversee end-to-end hiring processes
Lead employee onboarding, orientation, and engagement programs
Manage payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and employee benefits
Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure HR compliance with labour laws and internal policies
Lead training and development initiatives aligned with business needs
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Drive retention initiatives and manage exit processes
Analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a key HR liaison between
Australian management
,
Indian team
, and
Philippines team
Ensure seamless communication and alignment across geographies
Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and maintain transparent relationships with leadership
Support culturally diverse teams with sensitivity and professionalism
Facilitate coordination of shared projects
Administrative Responsibilities:
Supervise general office administration and facility operations
Handle procurement, vendor management, and asset maintenance
Organize team events
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and statutory administrative compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
Proficient in HRMS tools, Excel, and documentation
