Job Summary:
Kundi Kanodia Technoplast is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior HR Professional
to lead and manage the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture aligned with our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and corporate roles.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and job profiling.
Build talent pipelines through internal referrals, portals, and local sources.
HR Operations & Administration
Oversee employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, documentation, transfers, exit.
Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave management.
Implement and manage HRMS or payroll software in coordination with Finance.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment, Factories Act, etc.).
Handle audits and liaise with government labor authorities when required.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Drive employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and recognition systems.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a timely and fair manner.
Foster a culture of open communication, discipline, and performance.
Performance Management & Training
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development initiatives.
Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
Health, Safety & Compliance (HSE) Support
Coordinate with safety officers on basic HSE compliance and training.
Maintain awareness of worker safety and health standards.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
15-20 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors
