This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with all human resources practices. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and assisting with employee development programs.
Qualifications
HR Management, HR Operations, Human Resources (HR) skills
Strong Employee Relations skills
Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
Salary
Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- p.m
