Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Manage the full hiring lifecycle using AI-sourcing tools.
Onboarding:
Lead employee orientation and digital documentation for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, performance coaching, and policy queries.
HRIS & Data:
Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports on turnover and engagement metrics.
Compliance:
Ensure all practices follow current labor laws and statutory requirements.
Performance Management:
Coordinate annual appraisals and track KPI progress.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years in a core HR role.
Skills:
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Excel.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.
