Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.
Manage Time Office activities including biometric systems, overtime records, and roster management.
Coordinate with payroll team for accurate salary processing based on attendance data.
Handle employee queries related to attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly HR & attendance reports.
Support HR audits and documentation.
Assist in policy implementation related to attendance and leave management.
Liaise with department heads for workforce planning and manpower scheduling.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR Time Office / Attendance Management.
Strong knowledge of Time Office functions, payroll inputs, and HR operations.
Hands-on experience with biometric systems & HR software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle large workforce data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Preference for candidates from
manufacturing / plant / large workforce background
