The Sr. Recruitment Executive plays a critical role in our organization by identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES
:
To demonstrate understanding of the JD, screening and shortlisting the right candidate based on client requirements.
To ensure quality CVs are shared with the clients within the TAT defined.
To ensure accurate and timely completion of candidate's documentation, ensuring compliance on all KYC documents.
To exhibit strong knowledge of job portals, Search Engine Optimization tools, to attract the right talent and close positions within timelines.
Demonstrate good interviewing skills, to gauge the functional and behavioral skills set of the candidate, resulting in getting the right talent on board.
Understand the salary structure & provide clarity to the candidate on the same. Conduct salary negotiations with the candidates resulting in cost savings for the organization.
To Manage and develop database of CV for the categories assigned.
Manage & Build Relationship with the candidates leading to their smooth onboarding, retention & further building the goodwill of the organization.
Collaborate with Internal stakeholder to meet the Recruitment goals of the Department.
To Exhibit a sound knowledge on basic statutory compliances required on sites.
Understand market behavior pertaining to the specific JD/ positions to be closed, enabling the recruitment team to understand the existing market metrics.
To ensure minimum blackouts during the recruitment Cycle.
To provide complete and accurate information of the prospective candidates presented for review to the client.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
Good Technical Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry, Services that we offer.
Basic Interviewing skills to gauge technical competency of candidates deployed
Basic Knowledge of MS Office
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS:
Takes initiatives at work, process improvement, and supports other Recruiters and the Lead in time of excess requirements and undertake developmental initiatives to enhance team building Good Execution skills.
Works with a sense of urgency to deliver results within deadlines.
Operates with a high level of trust & integrity and maintains confidentiality.
Priorities work for self-leading to higher efficiency and productivity at workplace.
Articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively using oral, written, visual and non-verbal communication skills resulting in higher efficiency at workplace.
