Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
2. Candidate Management
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct HR interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and experience.
Manage salary discussions, negotiation, and offer rollout.
Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up with new joiners.
3. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring forecasts and manpower plans.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status, candidate pipeline, and hiring progress.
Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
4. Process & Compliance
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
Improve recruitment processes and suggest strategies to enhance hiring efficiency.
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
5. Employer Branding
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
Represent the organization professionally to attract top talent.

Educational & Experience Requirements
