Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles across departments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations.
Create and post job descriptions on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Source candidates through portals, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders.
Manage offer rollout, salary discussions, and documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding and seamless handover to HR Ops.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (HR/Business preferred).
2+ years of experience in white-collar recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).
Strong sourcing skills and excellent communication.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage corporate hiring.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
