Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for various roles across departments.
Source candidates through
Job Portals, LinkedIn, Networking, References, Social Media
, etc.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Conduct
initial HR screening
and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Negotiate
salary, joining date
, and release offer letters.
Manage
bulk hiring / niche hiring
based on company requirements.
Ensure smooth
onboarding
of selected candidates.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Recruitment (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
sourcing techniques
and market trends.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and close positions within deadlines.
Experience in hiring for multiple departments/industries preferred.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Google Sheets
