Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

Managing employee engagement activities Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Maintaining HR records, policies, and documentation Assisting in performance appraisals Handling grievances and supporting employees Coordinating training & development programs Supporting management in creating a positive work culture Ensuring HR compliance and basic admin responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Graduation (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)

1-5 years of hands-on HR experience Strong communication & interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment & HR operations Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented Ability to manage people and deadlines effectively Comfortable with MS Office, HR tools, and basic reporting
