HR Recruiter

to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain accurate and organized candidate records using ATS or recruitment tools Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience (1-5 years) as an HR recruiter or similar role Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Experience with ATS platforms is a plus
